1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any product or service offered by bdbaje (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

2Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the bdbaje Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Are acting solely on their own behalf and not as an agent for a third party;
• Are not employees, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of bdbaje or any affiliated entity;
• Have not previously been excluded from the Platform for any reason.

bdbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all bonuses forfeited, and funds returned to the payment method used at deposit where technically possible.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully liable for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the bdbaje support team immediately at [email protected].

bdbaje reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where registration would breach applicable law or where the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the bdbaje Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved payment providers listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (or the amount displayed on the Deposit page at time of transaction).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (or the amount displayed on the Withdrawal page at time of transaction).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification requirements.
• Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is approved. Players must submit valid identification documents upon request.

bdbaje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from a third-party account may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

bdbaje reserves the right to impose transaction limits, delay withdrawals pending verification, or decline transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bdbaje are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. General principles applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except as provided under the applicable bonus terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• bdbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension;
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of bdbaje management shall be final and binding.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbaje Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during subsequent verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Placing bets using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence not authorised by bdbaje;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided;
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to the Platform in bad faith;
• Allowing any third party to use your account on your behalf.

7Game Rules and Betting Integrity

All games available on bdbaje, including live casino tables, slot machines, crash games, and sports betting markets, are governed by their individual game rules as published on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules prior to wagering.

bdbaje uses certified random number generators (RNG) for applicable games and works exclusively with established game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. All sports betting odds are set by bdbaje and are subject to change at any time until a bet is officially confirmed and accepted.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, bdbaje reserves the right to void bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance. Decisions made by bdbaje in such circumstances are final. Winnings will not be paid on bets placed after an event outcome is known or on markets that were offered in error.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbaje Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of bdbaje or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdbaje.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on or via the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for any reason;
• Technical errors, system downtime, or connectivity issues beyond bdbaje's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdbaje makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10Privacy and Data Protection

bdbaje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. bdbaje employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your data and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

11Responsible Gaming

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification requirements, and any bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited.

bdbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, where continued operation of the account presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, or where required by applicable law.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdbaje support shall be subject to binding arbitration or such dispute resolution mechanism as bdbaje may designate from time to time.

In the first instance, all complaints and disputes should be directed to the bdbaje support team at [email protected]. bdbaje aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days of receipt.

14Amendments to These Terms

bdbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
